Do you realize that we have no excuses for not trusting the LORD and pressing in to Him? I mean, think about it! Come up with a reason you think you can't do what the Bible says you can do? I am sure there is some scripture that will take that excuse away.
"I am afraid!" Fear not for I am with you..............You will not fear the terror of night nor the arrow that flies by day.............Be bold and be strong, banish fear and doubt.....................
" I can't do it!" I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.
"I don't know how!" For it is God who works in you to will and to act according to his good purpose..............
"I haven't got the heart for this anymore" ..........For God is greater than our hearts and knows all things..............
I can go on, but do you see what I mean? What excuses can you come up with, and then what verse can you find to counteract it. Smile

The Lord had a lesson in trust for me yesterday. I ran out of gas on the way to the gas station and the car kept going. My DTE went to 0 and I just kept repeating..."I trust You Lord". I had to go UP hill to the gas station....on 0 and suddenly the #2 popped up as the miles to empty! I made it to the station.

Tonight, as my husband sat next to me in church....(him not really wanting to be there) I felt the urge to go into panic prayer and beg the Lord to please bring him back to Jesus....then suddenly it came back...."I trust You Lord".

That kind of sounds like this little booklet I got from somebody..."The Bible Promise Book" It's filled with things from A-Z about things such as anger, fear, sorrow, ect. It could be a very encouraging thing to read when you need something.
